Double Eagle V

Authentic autographed vintage commemorative philatelic cover hand signed by all three Double Eagle V balloonists including Ben Abruzzo (June 9, 1930 – February 11, 1985), Maxie Anderson (September 10, 1934 – June 27, 1983), and Larry Newman (Sept. 28, 1947–Dec. 20, 2010) as well as Rocky Aoki who financed the nearly 6000 mile voyage. Double Eagle V was the first successful balloon flight across the pacific ocean, flown from Nagashina Japan.
