Edith Pargeter

Authentic autographed vintage 3x5 card hand signed by Edith Pargeter (pseudonym Ellis Peters), a self- taught scholar of Welsh ancestry. Pargeter (1913-1995) was a British author of works in many categories, but best known for her murder mysteries, both historical and modern. The Brother Cadfael medieval mysteries, many of which were made into films for television, are among her most famous works. Card is signed 'With best wishes, Edith Pargeter, Ellis Peters.'
