Lane, Oliver Goodall, Les Williams, Utha Knox, John H. Leahr, Donald A. Williams, Eldridge Williams, Yenwith Whitney and Richard B. Rutledge. The 12 signatures are custom matted with an unsigned 4x6 photograph of the leader of the Tuskegee Airmen Benjamin O. Davis as well as a large oversized photograph of 'By Request' the plane of Benjamin O. Davis.
