Arthur MacArthur, mysterious, son of U.S. General Douglas MacArthur, authentic and incredibly rare and interesting autographed vintage typescript. We cannot begin to explain just how interesting this piece actually is. Arthur, for reasons only known to himself, has made his whereabouts, as someone once said, is somewhat of a mystery inside an enigma, surrounded by confusion. Many site conflicting feelings young Arthur's had for his life in the spotlight of his famous military family, for reasons resulting in his 'disappearance' from the public life spotlight changing his name and going entirely off the 'grid'. What makes this particular autographed typescript so interesting, is the relation it has to his father and the relationship a father has with his son. This typescript titled 'A Spiritual Legacy To His Son' by General Douglas MacArthur, left to his son Arthur, was likely produced and signed by Arthur during his college days and sent to early autograph collectors requesting a signature, long before he removed himself from the world ass a famous MacArthur. A remarkable piece of history and a true conversation starter.
