Norman Borlaug

Norman Borlaug (March 25, 1914 - September 12, 2009), American biologist and recipient of the 1970 Nobel Peace Prize, authentic, autographed 8 x 10 photograph.  Borlaug is one of seven people to have won the Nobel Peace Prize, the Presidential Medal of Freedom and the Congressional Gold Medal.
