Cover is signed by his wife and 4 children, Catherine F. Nimitz (March 22, 1892- February 1, 1979) , Sister M. Aquinas Nimitz, OP (1931-2006), Nancy Nimitz (1919-2003), Catherine Nimitz Lay, and Chester "Chet" Nimitz, Jr. (1915-2002).
