This vintage 'A Salute to the American Circus' first day cover, canceled on May 2, 1966 is hand signed by the following nine Governors of Minnesota all of whom were Governors in the 1940's - 1960's: Hjalman Peterson, Elmer Benson, Harold Stassen, Edward Thye, Luther Youngdahl, C. Elmer Anderson, Elmer L. Anderson, Karl F. Rolvaag and Harold LeVander.
