Judy Resnick

Judy Resnick (April 5, 1949 - January 28, 1986) former NASA astronaut who was killed in the 1986 Space Shuttle Challenger disaster, autographed Commemorative Cover. Resnick was the second American female astronaut and logged 145 hours in space. The IEEE Judith Resnick Award for space engineering is named in her honor. Since her death, Resnick was been awarded numerous posthumous awards and has had several streets, buildings and community centers named for her. This original vintage T-38 Shuttle Training Aircraft (STA) Commemorative Cover is autographed by Resnick and is in excellent condition.
