This Migratory Bird Treaty vintage first day cover, canceled on March 16, 1966, is hand signed by six Republican Senators from the 1960's who were on the Foreign Relations Committee including, Karl Mundt, Bourke B. Hickenlooper, George Aiken, Frank Carlson, John James Williams and Clifford Case.
