Polio in the 20th Century, original vintage printed informative pamphlet, titled "Poliomyelitis Vaccine In The Fall of 1955" by Jonas Salk.  The pamphlet was reprinted from the January 1956 issue of The American Journal of Public Health, following the first effective polio vaccine developed by Salk in 1952.  Distributed by the National Foundation for Infantile Paralysis.
