Homer Calvin Davenport (March 8, 1867 – May 2, 1912), American political cartoonist and writer, silver gelatin head-and-shoulders portrait, measuring approximately 5 x 6.75. Bottom right corner bears a "Pach N.Y." imprint. Best known for his satirical figures of the Progressive Era, Davenport would go on to work for William Randolph Hearst and the New York Evening Journal.
In very good condition, with a few trivial surface marks and a chip to the bottom left corner.
