Arnold Abner Newman (March 3, 1918 - June 6, 2006), American photographer, noted for his "environmental portraits" of artists and politicians. He was also known for his carefully composed abstract still life images.

Image circa mid 1900s; printed in the second half of the 20th century as part of the American Heritage Publishing Archive.

Verso bears original filing notations and Newman credit stamping. In very good condition.
