Roscoe Conkling (October 30, 1829-April 18, 1888), former politician from New York who served in both Houses of the United States Congress, authentic, autographed hand-written note. This vintage signed note, containing a quote from Conkling on government, is dated February 10, 1888 and is in fair great with some scattered dings and two bisecting mailing folds.
