Rita Hayworth; born Margarita Carmen Cansino (October 17, 1918 – May 14, 1987), American actress and dancer, vintage glossy 8 x 10 inch promotional photograph from the film "Flashing Skates." Credited to Columbia Pictures photographer Irving Lippman.
Irving Lippman (1906 - 2006) started his career as an assistant cameraman on a "Roscoe 'Fatty' Arbuckle" comedy in 1922. He would go on to became a notable still photographer and film director to cinematographer.
"The Game That Kills," also known as "Flashing Skates," is an American thriller with Charles Quigley and Rita Hayworth from 1937.
Verso bears original publicity snipe and photographer's credit stamping. In very good condition.
